Technical writing for the Guild

Karen worked with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia to update their s100 information package. This involved reviewing the current material, updating it for the current rules and procedures and trying to make the kit as user friendly as possible to the pharmacists and Aboriginal Health Services that use s100.

YWCA of Canberra’s Supporting Families With Adolescents (SWFA)

SFWA is a pro-active early intervention service for families with adolescents who are experiencing family conflict or difficulties. YWCA of Canberra’s Housing Support Unit

The Housing Support Unit in the YWCA-Canberra runs programs that provide short to medium term supported accommodation and outreach support to families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. In 2006, Karen reviewed and revised the policy and procedures manual for the Housing Support Unit.
